Shipping Instructions

Step 1. Contact us.

We will issue you a RMA number that will make tracking your recovery easier.

We will also advise you on the particular details of your situation and how best to proceed.


Step 2. Remove the drive(s) in questions from your CPU case.

If you are not comfortable with removing the device, contact your computer service technician or send the whole unit to us and we will handle everything.


Step 3. Protect your media.

Shock and/or vibration can cause further damage to your media. To insure the media is protected at all times, package the media in a box with at least 2" of padding (i.e. foam, bubble wrap) on ALL 6 SIDES.

Failures caused by shock and/or vibration account for one third of all HDD troubles.


Step 4. Print and fill out the Data Recovery Request Form.

Step 5. Preparing your package.

Place your completed Data Recovery Request form in the box with your media.

Label the box with your RMA Number and address it to:

Ship the box using the courier of your choice or one of these couriers.


Step 6. RELAX!

Upon receipt we will contact you to confirm its arrival. One of our technicians will then get back in touch with you shortly with a status and quote for your recovery.
