Service Agreement I am the owner,
and/or the representative of the media and have the legal rights to this
media and all recorded data. I approve Tunstall and Tunstall Inc., to
evaluate the media for recovery purposes. Upon My( Legal Owner/
Representative) authorization Tunstall and Tunstall Inc. will complete the
Data Recovery process and upon completion of service I agree to pay in FULL
all invoices for this service. Should Data Recovery not be possible, or I
decline the recovery, I understand that the evaluation for Data Recovery
evaluation is FREE!*.Tunstall and Tunstall Inc. is NOT responsible for any
claims in respect to the physical condition of Media during the Evaluation
process and/or after the Data Recovery Evaluation/Service is complete.
Tunstall and Tunstall Inc. shall be bound to Non-Disclosure of ALL
